20 KG Dumbbell set with missing weight plates

I ordered this product online and upon delivery the package had missing weight plates. There are supposed to be 4 * 2.5Kgs, 4 *1.25Kgs and 4 * 1Kgs. If you are ordering this product online, please check that all the weight plates are in the box. With my order, I am missing 2 * 1.25Kgs and 2 *1Kgs.

I logged a return hoping for an exchange but I was told that in order to return the products, I have to go to a physical store. What's the point of e-commerce if I cannot get an exchange without going to the store? Customers use online services for convenience. Please Game, bring your best game!
