20 days to get a replacement fridge?!!???!!

I purchased a fridge on 1 April. Fridge was faulty and this was reported on 3 April. I requested a new fridge and still have not received it. It is 20 days later and still nothing. My groceries went off and I am now inconvenienced to have to go shopping daily as I do not have a new fridge as yet. This is such an inconvenience and I can't understand why it takes so long to collect old fridge and replace it?!!???
