2 weeks of empty promises

I'll say nothing, cause there is nothing, bad service, empty promises..I'll just post the facebook post.

Trying to get my Samsung washing machine repaired/replaced under warranty, phoned 5 times now and Game Kollonade keeps cutting me off as soon a I get transferred to the relevant department. The time the call was not cut off I waited for 3 minutes with the phone ringing and nobody answering...is there anyone that can assist me, as the warrenty expires next month... 4 Comments 11
