2 weeks and no delivery!
Bought a washing machine online on the 14th december and was promised delivery within 3-5 days...after calling every single day with nobody being able to tell me whats going on my status finally went from processing to dispatched on the 28th of december it is now the 31st and when calling in the agents promise to follow up and call back but they never do! My order number is ********** 24 and i want my product immediately ...ive been patient enough!

02 Jan 2019, 10:07It has been more then 24hrs and again no one has contacted me! I had the same issue with Hifi corp and i requested then to refund my money and inturn gave it to u with a promise from your staff not to receive the same treatment please contact me
