2 months no order no refund

On the 11th of May i made an online purchase at game stores and i was told it would take 5 to 7 day. On the 26th i cancelled the order as there was no communication. But to this day i still have not received my money back. I made countless follow up on the refund and each time i call them im told that my matter is being escaled and i will be contacted back. Game's service is pathetic
