2 months later, we still waiting for Game Polokwane to repair LG washing machine under Warranty

I am so disappointed with Game Polokwane on how they handle my brother claim for LG Washing machine repair. We have been sent from pillar to post since November only to recently find out that, they didn’t initially logged the claim as we first went to the store beginning of November . After multiple trips to the store for follow up, it took a month for them to send a request to this third party that has to come and fix.Their technician confirmed to us coming to fix the machine and 2 days even now we still waiting. My brother paid extra money to extend warranty , I am so disappointed that now Game has to deliver they dragging their feet. Customer service their is utterly poor and they don’t even bother following up on with customers claim until you call them or go to their store
