2 months and still no fridge

I purchased a fridge in December 2021. I paid for delivery and was told it would arrive in 2 days. The fridge did not arrive do to a forklift driving over the fridge. I understood these things happen then I was told I would get a demo model which didn’t arrive the day they said it would. 1 day before Christmas I got the fridge and could only purchase food on that day. Which inconvenienced me as I had to prepare lunch for my family. I followed up with game on email and nothing. I waited till January and asked when my actual fridge would arrive to be told there isn’t stock and they will call me. There wasn’t any stock in your warehouse but your store had a brand new demo of the fridge I bought. Honestly it is now 2 months later and still no new fridge. I have always purchased from game but after this experience I will never make that mistake again.
