12 ft trampoline still not on stock since 13 October

On the 13 October 2023 i bought a 12ft trampoline at game store middelburg mall mpumalanga. Its was on special for R3000. When i bought it they did not have stock however i was told that as soon as they receive stock they will let me know. I have been the one calling to check whats happening. Am very unhappy with the service and to add how can they even have it on special when they dnt have stock..
