1 item delivered when two was paid for.

I experienced the worst customer service from game. I purchased two items from the on Sat, a fridge and a stove i spent over R7000 there in total. They told me i would receive my items on monday after i paid the delivery fee of R350. Today only the stove was delivered. i gave them a call as to why i did not receive the fridge, the guy said he would find out and call me back, he never called back so i called again. He then told me he dont know why the system cancelled the fridge for delivery. Not once did apologies he just blamed the system. i told them i would rather then take a refund and he said he would talk to his manager, he came back to me and just told me the manager said its fine. i mean they made no effort to try and save the sale and not him or the manager apologies for their mistake. pathetic customer service i must say. i am never shopping at game greenacres again. i was planning on going back their next Sat to purchase a television. They can forget about that now.
