Payment was done on booking when on arrival with Travel agent went silent after payment was done

Misleading and no booking after everything was paid and confirmed and not booked under my name booked under Travel agent name..phoned the one Travel agent and said the other one will phone back...it's a back and forward thing now the original Travel agent can't get hold of him after he said that he will pay me back...I was surprised when on arrival they could not even find my name afterwards I was told that it is booked under the other Travel agents name...all I want is my refund
