poor and faded gamazine

On the 25th of July I bought 7 x 20 litters of Gamazine paint/coating cost R1750-00 from DHEWAS Gamazine Factory in Pretoria. Only to find out that the gamazine was very dry and of poor quality, on Monday of the 27 July I decided to return the gamazine to the shop. The guys were very rude and they told me they are going to pour water to make it mud as a result the colour faded. while at home I called the applier to apply the gamazine on the wall. the applier complaint about the quality of the gamazine they open on bag and tested on the wall, it faded the product was very poor. I call the Phillimon the owner of DHEWAS and explain about their gamazine, He told me to bring it back on Monday of the 4th and he will avail himself and if the gamazine is found faulty, then he will refund me and pay for my petrol. I went to the shop the gamazine was checked they told me that the gamazine short pickment and they gonna fix it, the owner did not pitch at the factory he indicated that I should leave my bank account number and wait for the refund to show on my bank account. I called him on Tuesday he send a message that the head office is busy with my refund till today i did not receive my refund from their head office and Rose on *** is responsible for the payments.
