VERY POOR SERVICE

Since March I have been trying to sort a water account with this people. The amount water they say we used is more than 10 swimming pools. We are only 2 adults and 2 small kids staying there. No respond no back feed nothing. I have been there myself send mails nothing. They said I must pay and they will install pre paid meter for water which I did nearly 2 weeks ago. Till today nothing. no respond on emails not even phone calls answered. Today I tried to phone them 36 times...... phone busy all the time. Is this really possible for a phone to be that busy if you dont even reply back. I am desperate to get any but any feedback or service or whatever but nothing happens. When I spoke to a lady with the name of Felicity she was very rude and plain ongeskik to me. I really am fedup and calling on you to help me get this people going or only doing what they are paid for??? Hester Wessels Mopanie street 15 Kathu. The other excuse they use is that the gate is always locked which is nonsence because there is somebody there 24/24 I gave them a contact number if they want me to open the gate for them but up to now it sees I have been trying to climb Kilimanjaro without any luck.
