I've been waiting for my refund since 1 Dec 2024

I've been waiting for my refund since 1 Dec 2024. When I call them they always tell me I will get a feedback after 24-48hrs till today I'm still waiting. I will never buy anything from Game instore/online. Their customer service sucks😞, Poor communication, I want my refund there are so pathetic 😡😡
