Unreliable and unfair

I asked Mr.Galsoolker to install a power outlet on the inside of my kitchen island, against an existing. He asked for 420,- Rand and I paid him 500,- upfront. In eleven months he did not manage to show up or cancel any appointments made, nor was he willing to send another worker. He promised to pay me back many times, what did not happen until today. As he is a contractor working for Signatura, I will forward that issue to them as well.
