Bought a unit at galpini village under quadricor investment and big rock construction When I move in property was incomplete We have no electricity No water Waste bins Fire hydrant Structure is falling It has been 9 months still waiting for developers and contractors to finish our our units Everything that was advertising by developers an property agent is not true
