Health Hazard on food

Bought a meal and it was a sit in in Park Station Galo fast food for the first time. My food was served on a tray cover with a paper branded in red ink . I was told they don't use plates. The meat, the sauces, the chips and the roll were all placed barely on the paper. How is this not a health hazard. I wanted to speak to the manager and he was not there to answer. I have eaten the food and reacted very badly with a strange body rash as I write here. How is this allowed and happening? I need a relevant platform to report this.
