Poor Service received

I had two claims put in with Galliga Auto body to complete the repairs. The claims were approved last year November and I held on to the repairs because I need my car for work. Murphy's law we removed the hire car option before these claims. I was told by Francis that she will add my name to the courtesy car list and they will be able to help me with a courtesy car in March which worked for me has I had leave in March which meant that I wouldn't need a courtesy car from them for too long. Then in the new year I hear that Francis left and Patience took over this was in the middle of January and then I explained to her my situation, that I need a courtesy car because of my working hours which falls out of public transport hours. And she assured me a courtesy car when I book in my car. I paid the excess in full the day after speaking with her to get the order for parts process going and then comes the day when I need the courtesy car and they don't have one for me. I was then promised that my car will be ready tomorrow for me to collect with all repairs done and today I learn that it will only be ready for collection on Thursday. How do they suppose that I get to work the next 3 days. Don't make promises you can't keep. I then liaised with Llewelyn and he promised me my car fully repaired tomorrow and yet again another promise broken. If you were unable to assist me with a courtesy car why make an empty promise and further more why promise to fast track my repairs and now to say it will only be ready on Thursday. I have to also fetch my daughter from school. My husband and I work at opposite e from each other. My manager was understanding for the last 5 days and I was begging and pleading for lifts to work because no one lives near by me. I have paid friends just to do me the favour. So I ask what are you Galliga Auto body going to do to rectify this issues and keep your your promises?
