POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM GALLIGA AUTOBODY MIDRAND SA

I took my car to Galliga Autobody in Midrand South Africa for bumper fixing. We did the initial checks on the car and I told them that when opening the boot you need to use the button from the inside or use the remote button. The boot handle was working only that it was loose. Upon taking my car I noticed that the boot was no longer working, then they promised to check and fix it. They then later on called and said they can't fix the boot because they said no one ever opened the boot during the the time my car was at their premises. This was a lie because when I took the car there my boot was very dirt, so upon opening manually with the key the boot was cleaned. So I asked myself how did they open the boot to clean, and was it a coincidence that my boot stopped working due to wear and tear while the car was at their premises, NO!!!!. Because it went for more than three years with a loose handle but I could open remotely and from inside. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
