Great Service from Michelle on Galliga

I received such great service from Galliga. From the time my car was booked, Michelle called me to introduce herself and let me know that she will be handle my claim, she booked my car and we scheduled a time for me to drop off the car, I got there and the courtesy car was already parked outside waiting and she was already waiting for me at 6:30am, she helped me move things from my car and I was done in 15 minutes. She also gave me regular updates about my car and told me once everything was ready. My car was ready on Saturday and Michelle made sure she was at work to do the handover.<br> <br> The service I received was above and beyond what I expected. Thank you to Michelle for being so great, people like her are needed in the services industry
