Exceptional Service does still exist-Thank you Denise

<p>I recently took my damaged bakkie to an auto body repair shop to get it sorted the through the insurance & I honestly expected the same old process of enduring unreturned calls, no follow up calls & empty promises regarding time schedules when an estimated time for repairs are given. </p> <p> </p> <p>Well, boy, was I wrong. At Galliga auto body in Midrand, the eargerness to prioritize clients are so impressive & you won't believe it until you see the top notch service you'd experience @ this auto body repair center. A lady called Denise really deserves an astronomical amount of credit for showing what service delivery is all about. OOne can immediately see how her work is something she values with integrity, loyalty & a commitment unseen in the world we live in today. From day one, I received service beyond what was normally expected. I as constantly phoned, briefed & updated and progress of my vehicle & they honestly did my repairs in astoundingly fast time. It almost felt like I was they're only client. I truly smiled & acknowledged that I should stop generalizing all people. Denise, to you I want to say. Thank you. I am sure you are absolutely indispensable to your company & please keep up the good work that has been duly noted. You are a wonderful example to anyone out there & if we could all learn to do our work with such an inspiring attitude, the world would be supremely better place to live in. What's even more admirable is the friendliness that you did it with. I am sure there are many difficulty clients out there as well. </p> <p> </p> <p>In my case, congrats. You have made me appreciate the fact that service delivery is not dead. It's just rare but beautiful when done with eagerness.
