Bad attitude and no professionalism from owner

My friends and our kids were booked for our holiday at the Gallery inn 6,5 km’s from Bela Bela, just off the R101. The owner who's name is Sonja had a very bad attitude towards us and also lack of professionalism from someone who owns such a business. She lacked customer service as she could not reason with us with issues we wanted to raise with her as guests. All she did was keep accusing the kids for problems not necessarily caused by them and talked to us (guests) in a confrontational rude and loud voice. I will surely not book the place again from somebody that treats her guests like that. What a terrible experience!!!!
