My handbag went for repairs on 2021-04-10 and they stole the YSL sign of my bag.I tried to resolve the matter with them without success. The owner of multiserve told me that the owner of the tailor will contact me on 2021-04-17 in the morning and that never happened. They are patronizing me by telling me that maybe the sign fell out.
