The worst humiliation a female can ever experience in a shopping mall

Good day yesterday I had a very unpleasant experience at your mall.The main reason for me was to collect my bank card at Nedbank as my temp one will be expering in few days.I started at Pick n Pay bought bread then proceeded to the toilets as I was really pressed,I think it's worth mentioning that work in the field and went straight from the field to the mall.i was told we can't use toilets next to the learning lab which I understood so the lady directed me to the mobile toilets outside.When I got there the line wasn't long but there were no toilet paper so we had to wait for others when the other toilet was available the gentleman who was shouting at the other ladies who work I just he's their manager because he was wearing a different uniform (grey shirt ) directed me to the unoccupied toilet which had tissue paper.To my surprise few seconds later just as I've undressed the same guy opens the toilet door and then tells me he didn't know I was inside and says something about the door not being blue.I just froze as he had seen me naked and I'm on my periods,he continued to shout at me(Please kindly look at the footage as this was really traumatic for me) When I'm done he blocked me from leaving the toilet and threatened me, telling me I don't know him he is Qedeleni Shange even when his other female colleagues were telling him to let me go he blocked the toilet door.When he eventually let me go he refused for me to wash my hands,I obviously couldn't leave without washing my hands for hygienic reasons he kept saying he's in charge and I won't wash my hands if he doesn't want me.I couldn't the other ladies helped me even to direct me to the tap.I was so traumatized and ended up even forgetting to collect my bank card.This is the closest mall to my house and for once I'm glad I was alone because it was really an embarrasing moment as some people witnessed everything and I'm even considering opening a case against your employee.No female deserves to be humiliated like that especially after a long day of work.He wasn't even wearing a mask.I have a video of half of the incident which transpired as I only took out my phone when he started blocking and threatening me.
