Shouting staff

Went to the mall and boom wouldn't open Pushed the help button numerous times and eventually a very rude person shouted someone is coming Waited and pushed help button and all i hear was her shouting at me. Thereafter she refused to answer and the whole line of cars had to reverse out and use another entrance This mall always has an issue with parking and entrances closed and security and parking staff have a real arrogant attitude
