Service from hell sixty 60 and checkers

On the 9th of February 2022 I purchased dog food on line using sixty 60,the service i got was terrible i completed my order did the payment and as i was waiting for my order to arrive at home the rude driver called me and said he wont be delivering my order i than took the matter to management, a guy named adbul was the one assiting me which pretty much he didn't do nothing he had no explanation as to why my order was canceled after the transaction went through, i called sixty 60 and checkers on several times but still they were no answers for me. Thanks to them my dog lost 2 puppies and checkers is the last staore i will do groceries at what makes ne more mad is they were s****** around where i reside yet i was told im off route.
