Game Galleria mall

Utter disgusting service delivery from the staff at game in Galleria amanzimtoti. I've been to the store last week Wednesday (22/09/2021) to purchase an item that was on special I was told there isn't stock it should be arriving the next day. So I went back on the Thursday (23/09/2021) still no stock asked 4 different sales assistants who told me 4 different things. The first 1 told me abruptly ah if nothing there we don't have. Second one said sister I'm not sure what you can do ask that guy asked the next person Saud there's a truck off loading stock maybe you can wait around do your shopping. Which I went ahead and did, after some time I went back asked another person who said they don't know anything about the item coming in this truck maybe next week so I asked ok can I get a rain check ? He told me ahh we don't do this thing anymore. I proceeded to the cashier I asked her if she could assist me she told me go to the other till point they will help me I stood there for another 25 minutes. Eventually I got a pen and paper to write down my information. Then 5 minutes later was told I will shortly receive an sms. It's now a week later I haven't received any sms so basically they haven't even captured my details just took it down for nothing I've tried numerous times to call the store to find out if there is stock and have had no luck with that either cause the calls are never answered and if it is they transfer me to the department for them to check and no1 picks up. I'm utterly disappointed and disgusted at the service rendered.
