Galleria Parking

<br> I would like to bring to the attention of management that the pay parking that is being utilised by Galleria that it is not acceptable when one pays the amount due and does not receive their change.On this specific night the security guard was trying his hardest to help a couple that had not been given their change unfortunately I only found this out after I had paid and not received my change, this is not acceptable, who knows how often this happens???.<br> The help button was of no help at all as no help was given. <br> I contacted Galleria and was told someone would call me back, well that never happened.
