Escalators Forever not Switched On

<p>I cannot remember when was the last time the escalator at the Game/Shoprite entrance was switched On. What is the point of having escalators if they are switched off all the time. I noticed recently that other escalators are switched off as well. I wonder whether this is due to the location of this mall and the class of patrons that support it because certainly other malls such as the Pavillion or Gateway never seem to have this problem and their escalators are always switched on irrespective of how busy those malls are.</p>
