BAD SERVICE AT GALLERIA ICE RINK

I am disgusted at the poor service and unsafe operating processes at the ICE RINK at Galleria. The 2nd of December was supposed to be the most joyous occasion as my family was celebrating a birthday but it turned out to be a ********** experience. One of my family members was ****** of her belongings,we reported the incident to the Manager of the ice rink and he checked the CCTV and he saw the ******* in action, At that point he was unsure of the correct process required for such an incident, yet he had pointed out that this was not the first time an incident like this had occurred!!! We was then told to report the incident to the police as they could do nothing on their side. 2 young girls came through to report their belongings being ****** and they still did not want to help us. This is not fair. What is the sense of having a security and access control when anyone is allowed to pass through! There was no signage at the ice rink to caution people to beware of *******. I believe it was due to the negligence of the ice rink with respect to the lack of appropriate public security policies that we had an extremely horrible experience and a ruined birthday. The ICE RINK does not even want to compensate us for our loss yet it was due to their negligence that we was put through this situation. I WARN EVERYONE DO NOT GO TO THE ICE RINK AT GALLERIA.. THE ICE RINK AT GALLERIA MUST FALL!!!!
