Unfairly treated, Dirty, Disgusting, Smelly, Stuffy Hotel

Checked in 12 November 2020... Checked Out 10 March 2021(By Force).

After 4 Months Staying in this Hotel going home & coming back I was told to check out cos Pan Africanist ppl are coming apparently someone like me might damage their reputation R26 000 plus An Additional R9 000 before paying my Rent never missed a day. I have tolerated lot of unwashed linen, my room was going 2 weeks 3 weeks without a House Keeper, It was the receptionist who worked only night shift 6-6 everyday without pay ever since i got there sometimes you wake her up during the day for silly things like buying tomatoes & the chef who worked 6:00-20:00 but earns less than your security guards who only eats sleep or Glued to his phone cars would be hooting & turning at the gate. I was changing rooms cos every room I've slept in has a problem either Jammed Door or Toilet Broken, Aircon Leaking Or Unbearable Smell. Every room was having a Build-up Dust & Stuffiness. Never reported Housekeeper using my Bathroom or The time someone entered my room without permission, When 3 of your Boys "Teach Me A Lesson" by using Chillies in the juice the one thing i don't eat they laugh as I almost choke to death. Stuff drinking on duty you can check your camera's 03 March around about 20:00 Lost my Grandma's family ring & All the Bedding I came with.

Someone *****ing under my name, whichever room I move out on I'll still be registered under but there another guest now. When you ask maintenance for help they'll tell you they going to do their "side piece job" they'll only see you tomorrow. Fountain in the front looks disgusting & smells horrible while the Mat it the passage stinks up the place, ever since I arrived base cover never washed, windows, inner & red pillows. Asked 4 a SAFE 1st day cos I had a very valuable thing till today I'm still waiting. My tips to 98% of the staff were never below R100 just to lift them up. There was a week I was the ONLY GUEST in the 104 rooms hotel not even once have I ever gotten a free compliment even R0.50c Stokswidi.

I got sick late night the receptionist was too busy chatting to a friend to care but I helped their GUEST who was cramping, the one who was left by her son the whole day without food, the sick lady who didn't have rent and worse the one who almost got a heart attack. The entire second floor is empty, dirty deserted but I'm being told that the place is full. I am one of the 10x More clean guest who brought in almost 20 guest guaranteed bookings. To some point that my agent is mad at me cos I'm advertising this place on my profiles. One of your Employees was sick when i tried to take her to private doctor with my own money you refused.

Miss Manager 6 times i tried to arrange a meeting with you with some of my concerns, one of your employees was taking drinks under my account you knew you never done anything about it, one of your guest(Room:026 MP Conference) ***ually assaulted me I reported it you never said anything I tried to hire the conference room for an event but you charged me 3 times what other ppl pay, Do you know that i only tolerated this place cos of certain ppl?? 99% of your stuff are foreigners but that doesn't mean they should speak their Naija, Shona, French, Portuguese not all of us knows every language.... Then comes the Venda, Tswana, Afrikaans & Pedi gossiping about you in your presence not all of us doesn't know all south African languages. You Said You Were Forced To Kick Me Out Just Because I Am Massage The******, Don't you think you should have tried considering that you yourself was having a personal problem few years back?? You let your stuff review the hotel to boost your ratings, trust me i know all their names, you flagged my review so that it will be removed. THANK U FOR REFUSING TO GIVE ME A MONTHLY RATE ID BE REGRETTING IT NOW!!!!!
