****med by this ***** hotel!

This hotel ****med me. The hotel accepted my deposit but when I went to the hotel to check in on 16 June 2020 it was closed and I could not get access. This after receiving confirmation emails through the hotel and booking.com. All the telephone numbers I tried to call for several days were out of service and my emails to their bookings address went unanswered. I was left with no accommodation and had to find an alternative at the last minute. Shocking, appalling and I will let everyone know NEVER to book this awful place. Shameful! Stay away!
