Galitos Miss representation adverti*****ts - RIPOFF !!!!

Isaw a banner ad advertising two pieces of chicken and chips for R 45. I reacted and ordered the special. It was delivered and i paid the delivery guy R 100 for the service. Once starting eating I realized that the portion was not satisfying. It is extremely dry and tough and juicy at all. I was concerned about the amount of chips as well as the size of the portions of chicken served. I took the order down to the local outlet and the cashier confirmed that the two pieces of chicken was actually one portion that was halved. Very misleading adverti*****t! As a consumer one would expect a full portion of meat, not half as it was not clearly defined on the adverti*****t. I then ordered half a chicken cut in two and paid R85 for it. Regrettably we cannot upload video on Hello Peter but will do it on other platforms where the manager of Galitos White River confirm that the two pieces of chicken as advertised is actually one portion cut in two without sharing this information to the public! The most frustrating is that you cannot communicate with the call center like KFC for instance. Made contact on website with NO response!
