Worst experience ever from my most loved restaurant

On Sunday, I ordered food and made payment on their app for delivery. An hour later I call them to check on my order, only for them to tell me they can't deliver my order and I should find a way to come collect it myself.

The manager calls me on Monday and tells me I can't get a refund as I made an online payment. She then promises to deliver my order by the end of the day, but the order doesn't arrive. What's worse about all of this is that not only did I receive the food on Wednesday, the food was cold, the meat and buns from the burgers were dry, it was obvious the food was not freshly prepared.

In simple terms, I received food which was packaged three days ago(which was the day I ordered) . Im beyond dissapointed.
