Waiting until I my appetite left

At Galistos Elukwatini.. I have never waited for food for more than an hour, even at the busiest restaurants. This one was not even busy, they never explained to us that we’d be waiting for this long. We waited 1h20 mins for a quarter chicken meal! When asking the staff about how much longer we’d be waiting, they said they don’t know… how is that when you are running the restaurant you are working at. Galisto’s Elukwatini is utterly aweful place to wait for food at.
