No Cashier or Chicken at Galito's

Terrible service. I went there on my birthday to buy a family meal. At first, they didn't acknowledge that we were there. The team was at the back, when we asked to be served and commented on why we're we not served, they told us they had a power problem. There were a lot of us waiting, most were waiting for their orders to be brought out. They then served the guy in front of us who was buying. One of the ladies who was waiting for her order asked for a refund and when it was our turn, they told us there was no chicken.
