I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I got from Galito's lenasia extension 8. I arrived at 18:30 bought a 2 meals and they said the food will be ready within 15min. After the 15 min I went to check they told me they were still preparing the food.

The shop was empty, there was only 1 customer(not black) before me,theh got their food within the specified time. while waiting for food 3 more customers(not black) came to buy their food and they got their food before me.

When I finally for the food. the burger and chips were cold, the roll that was used was stale. I asked the lady that gave me the food why did they take so long. She just said Otis because of the it he staff. she never even apologised for the inconvenience.

I will never ever buy there again or recommend anyone to go there. They need to hire professional and efficient staff that knows customer service.
