Galinco Risk Insurance Brokers are ****** and their service sucks.

I have received a horrible from this Company. I sent my car for repairs knowing that the excess was R2000 only to be told when collecting my car that my excess had increased to R3000. When I enquired from the lady by the name of Chantelle Connoway she said she does not take questions from black people then she dropped my call. I tried calling again because I was frustrated she picked up and the moment she heard it was me she dropped my call again. I then called Jaco the Manager asking the same question that how can the increase my excess amount without sending a proper communication to their clients and he told me that they don't do communicate with their clients. I am so frustrated by these people and I wish they had much respect for their clients as they get their income from us.
