The worst handeling of a claim i have ever seen

When a policy is issued promises are made, but if a claim then there is no commitment<br> <br> My son was insured and was offered a better premium from your company., when the claim was rejected I called to enquire, I was told that he was told about the security requirements, and that you have proof of that on tape. when I asked for the tape now suddenly there is no recording ?<br> <br> when I followed up with mr Neels Maritz he said that the claim was rejected by Galileo, the director of Galileo said that he cannot decline a claim by law, my feeling however is that Galileo as a brokerage did nothing to help their client and are hiding documents as the voice recording is missing ????<br> <br> Where is the Broker that sold the policy, I have asked for the application form as well as the assessors report but get no response at all<br> <br> I will not let this go and will take this further
