Terrible service

My claim has been submitted for over a month now and it has come to a point where Adam is blatantly lying to me about sending me a claim form which I have to sign and return back to him, well according to him he send me this email yesterday to the very email that we are communicating on but I have not received such .Today he said he will sent it again and that was 12pm and even now I have been waiting for the email is promised to *** as to why he is lying about sending the email i dont know and as if that is not enough i have had to literally phone in everyday for this claim to proceed. The service i have received from your company is POOR to say the least.
