Still waiting for the Assessor

I submitted a claim for a car accident in the first week of January 2016. I got the quotes and sent all the documentation to the broker. I was then contacted a week later and was told an assessor had been appointed and that he would be in contact shortly. I waited another week before I called again and was told that they would find out what was happening and they would get back to me. It has now been 2 more weeks and I have heard nothing. <br> <br> As soon as my claim is settled I will be looking for another insurance company. <br>
