Still waiting for feedback

I was involved in an accident, I put in a claim and Galileo paid and fixed the car. Good. My car took about two weeks to get fixed. The same day I received my car back, there was wind noise and a rattle from the door that was replaced. I immediately took it back to the panelbeater, who fixed it the following Monday. When I got it back, the rattle was gone but there was still wind noise. I took it back again to the same panelbeater. They took a few days to fix it. A few days after the wind noise is still there! Each time I have had to take the car back I have informed Galileo and they keep sending me back to the same panelbeater, who clearly do not know how to fix the wind noise problem. I sent a complaint about this to Galileo. I was cc’d in the communication which clearly states that they will give feedback or call me. It has been two weeks. No feedback from anyone!
