Perfect Insurance to use

I heard an Accident early on Monday morning, this is what happened I was driving to work on a 2 way route when the next thing a taxi is driving towards me (facing me) and I didn't even see where it was coming from. I had to duck It since it looked as the driver is not braking or shifting to its lane since there were other cars on the other lane... I bumped on the pavement and my car was badly damaged.... I called My insurance Galileo Risk the guy from claim department (Stezron) took the details told me that I will be Phoned shortly, in a short pace of minutes the towing guys phoned asked address, the panel beaters also phoned to let me know that the car will be with them and their address/ even feed back that it has arrived, before an hour a lady called arranging a courtesy car for me and address to deliver it... the assessor went and do its job and approve. I was given feed back that it is being repaired and how far are they. I am happy with the quick process and no hide and seek when it come to the claims. and no hidden access.
