GalileoRisk How far they would go to reject claim

I took car insurance with GalileoRisk. My premiums are up to date. Got involved in a car accident someone bumped my car. This accident happened within 3 months. I got a case number and submitted all the information thats needed to log a claim. An assesor came to assess the car. To my surprise Stezron Moses (Claims agent at GalileoRisk) called me and said that the accident/claim happened within 3 months as a result they need to send the second assesor. I told him that theres nowhere in the contract where it states that if a claim occurs within 3 mnths a 2nd assesor will be sent. He said yes its NOT in the contract but its part of the claims process for a claim that occured within 3 months. I said to him but thats not what the contract says. Nowhere in the contract where that is stipulated I didnt signup for that. I asked him whats the purpose of the second assesor. He couldnt give me a clear answer and said his manager will call and explain. His manager called and told me that an investigator has to be sent. He acknowledged that, that is not in the contract that I signed but its a process. It shows how far they would go to find something to reject claim. My car is still not fixed
