Galileo Risk is the worst choice- Sudden doubling of premium fees

I went with Galileo because they told me I was paying too much at OutSurance. At the time i was paying R600 something. Fast forward a few years. Within one year my insurance premium went from R800 somethin to almost R1500. When I contacted them, which is many (all documented) they would say they could do nothing unless I got quotes from other companies. I did, got quotes for same as them from numerous places, first for women, etc for R670 , with household insurance covering R150000. When I brought it to Galileo's attention, this was their response - Good Day,Thank you for the below, However, we cannot compare the cover being offer aside from the extremely high excess applicable, Keep in mind with our policy your excess is covered by Omni-cover,

Not once have they said how can we help you? how can we make it cheaper. I am paying R1500 insurance on a 2014 Ford Figo ???? I mean this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced.

I am now going to find alternative options. These people do not care at all!!!!!!!!!
