extremely bad service regarding a mobile claim

<p>i submitted a claim for a lost mobile phone and submitted all required docs the same day and the claim took more than a week, due to the fact that they do not value customer service. something that should have tbeen resolved within a week or less , causing a huge incovinience in my life. after they decliened to replace me with a phone that was less than the sum insured. they put themselves first instead of practising TCF.</p>
