COMPREHENSIVE CAR INSURANCE - COVER

I was involved in a car accident last week Tuesday the 01 March 2016, and I had some delays obtaining the accident report from Metro Police.<br> <br> I have submitted everything to Galileo & for the car hiring service I am now told that I have to pay R1200 to the supplier & that should be sorted between Galileo& Empire Hiring Solutions, besides they have NEVER mentioned before because I wouldn't even bothered myself taking a COMPREHENSIVE cover in case of the accident.<br> <br> I am without a car and I have to walk up and down long distances in order for me to get all the necessary documentations that have to accompany my claim.<br> <br> I am really not satisfied with their Service at all and they should bother themselves to OUTLINE all necessary details to their Clients when they take up the Insurance. I had 4 friends that I have referred to Galileo and they are going to cancel their insurance with today and look for another alternative ones.<br> <br> I am stressed and they are also adding more on my stress when they are supposed to be easing it.<br> <br> Unsatisfied Client.<br> Clementine Lukhele<br>
