Notn payment for my insurance claim

I contacted Galileo risk insurance about my stollen handbag with cellphone, glasses, sunglasses and cash in it. I even provided them with a police report and a lady named Varisha Govender was handling my case. They are now telling me that the goods were not stollen from my house and I cannot claim. I was informed by Chanelle who sold the policy to me that all my handbag content , household and car is covered under this insurance policy. Varisha eventold me that I had to specify the belongings I had hen I took out the policy. I asked her how do I specify my belonging when I was never provided with a specification sheet? They don't want to pay y claim and she keeps telling me that the docunent is with the manager. This has been going on for three weeks and I have not heard from them. She keeps telling me not to cancel my policy. I event sent her a specification sheet from another company to explain that they never gave me this document. I really can't believe the level of unprofessionalism from that s company. I want my money for my lost goods. Which ****** will come and take your handbag in your house, like seriously?
