Worst service ever experienced - Is this *****

I am totally disappointed in the service I have received. I placed the order on line and the funds were withdrawn from my account on the same evening (2015/05/19).<br> Since Monday (2015/05/25) I have sent numerous e-mails (read receipts received) and made numerous phone calls still to no avail. No books delivered. No response received. Today (2015/05/27) Lee-anne says that it is ok to go public with my complaint as Ronelle does not even answer their calls and she has been at home for the last month. So in other words ... No one can help! Is this the service they advertise on their website?<br> I am so disappointed with the service. All I am expecting is delivery of the three books I have ordered and paid for. Is this the latest way to ***** people out of their hard earned money. <br> What a way to ***** people ... using a weak point ... their children and their children's education. What is this world coming to?
