SHOCKING SERVICE FROM GALILEO BOOKS

I placed a order and paid for my daughters stationary which included books , the stationary arrived but no books eventually school started and still no books so I had to go out and buy her books for school (Galileo Books ***) still no books in Feb <br> <br> I have on numerous occasions sent the owner of Galileo e-mails and called Ronelle to ask her to refund me it is now March 2015 and still my daughter didn't get the books and still I have not been refunded my e-mails come back with a read receipt but I don't get my money back<br> <br> Don't use this Book store you will wait forever for the stationary and will end up going to buy other books from somewhere else just so your child can have books
