shocking service/ bad attidude/ passing the buck

we ordered books for my grade 8 daughter in November 2014. Paid in full for the stationery and was promised that the books would be ready for her on the first day at high school. schools are almost closing for the first term and the pupils are writing exams - NO DELIVERY OF THE TEXT BOOKS. Only empty promises. Is this the kind of day light ******* that we are subjected to? NO COMMUNICATION. BAD ATTITUDE, NO FOLLOW UP. EMPTY PROMISES. MONEY TAKEN AND NO DELIVERY. PLEASE REFUND PEOPLES MONEY WITH INTEREST FOR NON DELIVERANCE OF SERVICE!!!
